This is Minecraft for Beginners Page 2 and what you are going to want to do is build a pickaxe and a axe and a shovel so first to get the pickaxe is go to the crafting 4x2 square is put 4 wooden planks to get a crqfting table then second you are going to want to mine cobblestone or chop down wood with your hand and craft them into wooden planks by putting 1 piece of wood inside the 4x2 crafting square. Then what you are going to want to do is put 3 wooden planks at the very top of the crafting table square and then put the 2 sticks going down from the middle wooden plank...

When you first enter Minecraft there will be a hearts indicator, a armour indicator ( if you have any armour on ), an item hotbar and when you press E on your keyboard or Y if your playing on Xbox. This is a very simple game until nightfall then things get tougher plus you have to have a house built or else you will die from the mobs/monsters. So if you on PC you have to open up your inventory and while your at it grab some tree trunks / wood si you can make wooden planks to make a house. To make wooden planks you first will need to put one piece of wood down anywhere in the 4x2 square and you will get wooden planks...
